About Me

Hey there, Gorgeous! I’m Justine.

I help new, experienced and expectant mamas find their fitness, strengthen their core muscles safely and make sustainable, healthy lifestyle choices. I give them the tools they need to look + feel ah-mazing (the way you deserve to feel!)

I’ve got a BASc. in the field of Public Health which means I know and care a lot about health promotion.
I’m also a:

  • certified personal trainer
  • pre and post natal fitness specialist
  • Bellies Inc. certified trainer.

And when I’m not busy coaching my super-moms and preparing fantastically fabulous workouts…

I can be found hanging out with my adorably exhausting kiddos aged 4 (going on 18) and almost 2.  I have a super-musical husband who’s always humming a tune or tapping a beat.  In my ‘down-time’ (lol, what’s downtime again?!) I can be found running up hills, walking back down, and then running up again or walking for leisure (while listening to my favourite pod casts) or colouring in my adult colouring books.

❶ I’m a firm believer that anything tastes better when served in a champagne flute
❷ I love kale and greek yoghurt as much as I love coffee and wine.
❸ When I’m not wearing my workout gear, I pretty much wear a uniform of skinny jeans + v-neck + cardigan.
❹ I’m a total train-wreck in high-heels!
❺ I want to be Mindy Kaling when I grow up, and then be reincarnated as Tina Fey.
