Private 1-on-1 Coaching (Online):

Limited space. This is my individual, high-access program delivered to mamas outside of Toronto.  From meal planning to mummy tummy rehab and workouts you’ll learn to make healthy lifestyle changes that are sustainable and will yield results.  Contact me right now, and let’s set up a time to talk about your goals and your biggest struggles.

Initial Consultation (In Person):

One-on-One coaching clients will undergo a detailed consultation and assessment to better understand their current goals and needs. This consultation will take an in depth look at your health history, pregnancy history and nutrition. We’ll go through a series of functional assessments and determine whether you have abdominal separation (sometimes known as mummy-tummy or diastasis recti).  Based on this information, a personalized program outline will be developed for each mama.

$150 

Personal Training:

Based on your initial consultation, we will focus on implementing your personalized program outline to help you reach your fitness goals.

$500 for 5 Sessions (Private)

$1000 for 10 Sessions (Private)                                     

$325  per person for 5 Sessions                             (Semi-Private with two clients)

$650 per Person for 10 Sessions                           (Semi-Private with two clients)

 Mummy-Tummy & Core Re-Training:

Based on your initial consultation, we will focus correcting posture and re-training your core and pelvic floor muscles to get rid of mummy-tummy for good!

$500 for 5 Sessions (Private)

$1000 for 10 Sessions (Private)

Post-Natal Mom + Baby Group:

This is a safe, transitional workout for moms with babies under one year old. This class includes safe exercise for moms with abdominal separation plus focused deep core retraining.  Our little community encourages a challenging but social experience for mamas. Bring your baby, work out at their own pace and stop as needed to care for the little one.

 Women’s Boot Camp – Group:

This is a challenging and social workout for women. Boot Camp includes anything from hills, running and agility drills, games and strength training circuits.  This is ME-TIME for moms and non-moms to recharge and energize. This class will be available in indoor and outdoor locations depending on the season.
