  • I’m SO ready, how do I sign up?
    Give us a call at 647-292-5439, send us an email at info@twentytoesfitness.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ tab to send us a message.
  • Can I join if the session has already started?
    We’d be happy to sign you up for the remainder of the session, and will prorate the cost.
  • Can I drop-in?
    We don’t allow drop-ins. Our clients benefit from consistent participation. Having our clients sign up for the session also helps build our little community. We can spend less time on paperwork and more time sweating our buns off!
  • What fitness level are your classes geared towards?
    Twenty Toes Fitness welcomes women of all fitness levels!  Relax, and don’t be intimidated.  We always encourage you to challenge yourself, but to work at your own pace.  We give levels and options for each exercise so that our classes are appropriate for beginner, intermediate and advanced participants.
  • What should I bring with me to class?
    Wear comfy running shoes and workout attire.  Bring water, a yoga mat, blanket or towel, your completed physical activity readiness questionnaire and completed waiver.
  • For outdoor classes, what if it’s raining or other bad weather?
    Classes generally run rain or shine, unless there’s a risk of thunder and lightning or heavy rain. If the weather is questionable, and class is going to be cancelled, we will email all participants 30 minutes prior to the class start time to inform you.
  • What if class is cancelled or I miss a class?
    If  Twenty Toes cancels a class, we will offer a makeup class either during the current session or at the end of the session, at our discretion. If you miss a class, please contact us to arrange a makeup class at any of our other regularly scheduled classes during the same session. Makeup classes are subject to availability in the requested class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. We do not allow missed classes to carry over into the next session or prorate future sessions.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales are final.
