Hi, I’m Justine,

Main Mama at Twenty Toes Fitness.

I spent years spinning my wheels with diet and exercise, I tried all the diets. I was on the wagon and off the wagon and constantly felt like I was failing and making no real progress until I decided to ditch the diet mentality get focused on consistency. I finally realized that progress was really just the result of small actions repeated. No Nonsense Nutrition was born out of a desire to help women finally free themselves of serial dieting and create a lifestyle that works on their own terms.

I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the past five years on their health and fitness goals. I’m a Personal Training Specialist and Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist and I’m a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.

My thoughts on nutrition and fitness are that they should work with your lifestyle. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you layer real-life strategies and habits that will help you progress towards your goals, whether that’s to lose fat or inches or feel healthier and more energetic. I believe in positivity and celebrating successes.

I want to take a moment to thank you again. I can’t believe my results and I can’t believe how far I’ve come. As you know I’m a very habits based person and change is a big deal for me. Two Levels of Coaching for this 5-Month Program

 

Choose Your Option:

Signature Level Coaching

  • Upon purchase you’ll get access to a closed-membership site powered by Precision Nutrition’s Procoach software. This is the same software that Precision Nutrition has used with thousands of their clients. I can’t wait to share this intuitive interface and proven system.

 

  • You’ll begin receiving daily emails, each one containing a lesson, (both in reading form and audio clip to accommodate different learning styles). Some lessons will come with a short video clip. Additionally, there will be lessons that require you to get introspective and focus on some of the deeper issues behind the way you eat. These will be strategically guided with worksheets, infographics and tracking sheets. You should expect ONE email daily, and your time commitment should be no longer than 10 minutes.

 

  • You’ll work through 11 different modules with me, each one for two weeks, which gives you time to practice the habit and figure out what works well in your life. A few examples of the modules are: eat until 80% full, eat lean protein at every meal, eat five servings of vegetables daily.

 

  • Every two weeks you’ll receive a progress check-in where you’ll have the option to measure your progress in a way that’s meaningful to YOU. That could be with measurements, weight, how your clothing fits, your energy level or any other progress marker that matters to you.

 

  • Every four weeks you’ll have the option of taking progress photos. This is completely optional, but it’s a great tool for watching your own progress.

 

  • Regular and personalized check-ins from me. I’ll comment on the exercises as you complete them, I’ll respond to any questions that you have, and you better believe I’ll be cheering you on the entire time!

 

  • Daily support and accountability in a closed Facebook community with the rest of the No Nonsense Nutrition Tribe.

Inner Circle Coaching Level

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a personal email from me welcoming you into the program. From there you’ll receive an email from Precision Nutrition notifying you that Coach Justine has added you to the software. You’ll be able to log in with your user name and password, and fill out an initial questionnaire. Once your questionnaire is submitted and I review your responses you’ll begin receiving daily lessons and support from me. We’ll work through 11 modules, in two-week increments, over 5 months. At the 5-month mark, you’ll get to decide whether you’re a master of your own nutrition or whether you’d like to proceed with the second part of the program with me as your coach. Frequently Asked Questions:

What’s the daily time commitment?

Each day you’ll receive one email where you’ll need to read or listen to a lesson. Some days you’ll have a small assignment where you’ll have to answer questions. The daily commitment is generally 5 – 10 minutes.

What if I miss some of the lessons?

No sweat! Progress, not perfection, right? The program is designed to reinforce concepts over the two-week period of a particular habit. Of course I want you to get consistent, but it’s okay and even expected that you won’t complete 100% of the lessons.

Are there meal plans included?

I’m going to be teaching you how to eat in ways that work well for your body. Customized meal plans are NOT part of this program. I believe that meal plans take away our sense of responsibility and power. To me, meal plans become a crutch instead of teaching us how to make healthy decisions for ourselves.

What results can I expect?

With any program, what you put into it will affect what you get out of it. Over time you can expect to lose fat and inches. I’ve had clients lose up to 20Lbs in 5 months, but I’d rather focus on what you’re going to gain than what you’re going to lose! You can expect to feel healthier, more energized and more calm around managing food choices. You can expect to find a more self-aware and confident version of yourself.

How do we communicate with each other during the program?

Signature level clients will communicate with me exclusively through the Procoach software and the closed Facebook Community. Inner Circle Level clients will  communicate with me in those ways, and will also have email access to me, as well as one 20 – 25 minute coaching call via skype or phone per month (5 total). Signature Level clients will also have the ability to purchase coaching calls if needed.

Do you work for Precision Nutrition?

No, I don’t. I’m simply certified as a Precision Nurition Level 1 Coach, and No Nonsense Nutrition Coaching is powered by Precision Nutrition’s Procoach Software.
