We’ll take an in-depth look at your health history, pregnancy and labour history, your postpartum health as well as your nutrition. We’ll go through a series of functional assessments including an assessment for diastasis recti (abdominal separation). This consultation helps me to better understand your needs and goals moving forward.
Based on your initial consultation our time together will be customized to reach your goals so that you can feel strong, confident and empowered in your body.
$1000 for 10 Sessions (Private)
$325 per person for 5 Sessions (Semi-Private with two clients)

Outdoor Boot Camp
This is a challenging, social and sweaty outdoor workout for women. Boot Camp includes anything from body weight resistance, band work, hills (walking or jogging) and stairs. Strategies and modifications are available and encouraged for varying fitness levels and postpartum stages. (60-minutes)
Strong Mom Metcons:
This is a fast-paced, small-group, metabolic conditioning workout using dumbbells and body weight. Get in, sweat, feel strong and energized, move on with your day. Strategies and modifications are available and encouraged for varying fitness levels and postpartum stages. (30-minutes)
