You’re a self-starter, you don’t need a personal trainer or a coach to hold your hand on an ongoing basis, you simply need a little jump start. This in-depth session will cover your struggles, obstacles, your goals, desires and motivations. We’ll talk about your fitness, nutrition, self-care, movement and female health. You will leave this call with solid strategies an action plan to help you move forward in your health and wellness goals. $150 (60 – 75 minutes)
1:1 No-Nonsense Lifestyle Overhaul
For women that are sick of feeling stuck and are ready to make space for change, level up in their health and wellness journey and get seriously accountable to me and themselves. This high-touch coaching is completely customized to your needs. Whether your goals are fat-loss, consistency, ditching the all or nothing mindset, pre/post natal fitness, nutrition or exercise focused, this program is customized to your specific needs and lifestyle. This online based coaching includes twice-monthly coaching calls, weekly accountability email check-ins, habit-based nutrition and movement coaching, your own personalized movement plan and workouts as needed, and your own personal coach and cheerleader – me! $300 Monthly, minimum 3-month commitment
